<title><![CDATA[順　德]]></title>

	<description><![CDATA[&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;繼續工作，從汕頭到順德。<br/>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;走陸路，四個小時左右的車程，電視臺為了別讓我太辛苦，改乘飛機，候機一小時，飛一小時，再從廣州 的白雲機場轉車到順德，一個半鐘，反而省不了什麼時間。<br/>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;白雲機場很新，樣子有點像赤 角的，規模較小而已。<br/>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;內地的飲食，評論為最佳的是廣東，而雖說食在廣東，不如說食在順德，拍攝美食節目，不能不來順德朝聖。<br/>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;順德還有九個鎮，分為大良、杏壇、勒流、樂從、容桂、北滘、均安、龍江和陳村。<br/>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;我們抵步後即刻去了勒流，在那裡他們準備了一餐鯪魚宴，用最普通的鯪魚，做出二十道菜來：<br/>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;涼拌魚皮、釀豆角、煎魚餅、蒸魚卷 、皺魚皮、沙窩魚頭、焗腩、炒魚子、炒魚球、釀竹笙、蒸豆腐、豉汁魚嘴、釀芥、京蔥鳳凰球、如魚得水、骨肉團圓、蒸魚、魚煮雞、魚煮羊和最基本的魚皮餃。<br/>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;遇到順德人，他們都會說自己的媽媽包的魚皮餃最好吃，這次我們來到順德，差不多每一餐都叫魚皮餃，和從前吃過的比較一下，成為魚皮餃專家之後，上桌一看，不必吃，已知輸贏。<br/>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;那家人做的魚皮餃，個子很小，一口一個，皮的韌度不軟不硬，包的餡也夠味，的確不錯，其他的菜，已知吃得過。<br/>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;魚和羊，得一個鮮字，那道魚煮羊的湯讓我喝個不停。<br/>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;煎魚餅雖好，但是把豆角卷 成一團，再將魚漿上下塗了再煎，更是好吃。<br/>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;鯪魚干 很難得，要在風涼又乾燥的天氣下才 能製成，一年吃不到幾個月，風乾的鯪魚，骨頭像沒那麼多了。<br/>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;一種食材，能做出那麼多道菜來，令人嘆為觀止，主廚走出來，笑着說：「鯪魚百樣宴，我也做得出來呢。」]]></description>
